If you are in the Melbourne metro area

  • We deliver with our own trucks from our own warehouse.
  • You can request a specific delivery day. However, some areas have set delivery days. We will attempt to accomodate all requests where possible
  • Your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate delivery window.
  • If stock is not available from our local warehouse, we may arrange for it to be delivered direct from an interstate warehouse or direct from the manufacturer, to avoid delays. (We will let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen).

 

For all other areas

  • Your delivery will come from our warehouse via our contracted agents.
  • You can request a specific delivery date which our agent will endeavour to meet, however, depending on location this date may need to be adjusted.
  • You can follow your delivery online using a 'Track and Trace' service.
  • Please be aware that our agent is a door to door, street level delivery service only. They cannot deliver up flights of stairs or go inside people's homes.
  • Items over 35kg will be strapped securely to a skid or pallet and require a forklift to unload or a second person to assist the driver to unload the goods. If a forklift is not available or you cannot guarantee that someone is available to assist the driver to unload the goods, we recommend you elect to upgrade your pickup/delivery to a "Tail-Lift Truck" service, for a quote for this service please email us at info@ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com.au

 

How much will your delivery cost?

  • Please refer to our shipping calculator on each product listing to calculate delivery charge to your postcode.

 

  • For house lots there is a single delivery charge per order depending on the products ordered and your post code location, for all house lot delivery estimates please email the details of your order to info@ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com.au or you can contact our customer service department on 1300 789 858.

 

Can you request a delivery time or day?

  • Deliveries generally take place Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm

 

Small Item(s) Small Item(s) - If ordered separately we will aim to despatch in 5-7 working days.
Multiple Small / Medium Item(s) Multiple Small / Medium Item(s) - If ordered separately we will aim to desptach in 5-7 working days.
Regular Item(s) Large Item(s) & House Lots - We aim to despatch within 10-14 working days.

Please note:

  • Out-of-stock items will despatch on a similar timescale once in stock.
  • You will be advised of any changes in the expected in-stock date.
  • The delivery timescale of an order is dependent on the size of the largest item in the order, relating to the guide above.
  • We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, we are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
