Answers:

1. - Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in Melbourne, located at 456 Geelong Road, West Footscray.  Trading hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

 
2. - Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected by mutual arrangement.  If you wish to collect your order from our showroom please email us at ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens@gmail.com.  You will need to include you reference number and full name and address, we will then notify you by email when your order is ready for collection, goods must be paid for in full prior to collection and then be collected within 7 days of this notification. NB:  All pick ups will incur a $15 handling fee.

3. - Do you offer a price matching service?
We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service.

4. - What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order.

5. - How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide Metro starts from $12.00.  For more detailed information on delivery costs please send us an email with your postcode and details of items you wish to purchase and we will happily provide a shipping quote.

6. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
If you wish to speak to one of our sales team please phone our showroom on 03 9318 0774 and we will be more than happy to assist. Alternatively please send your questions by email to ezyonlinekitchensandbathrooms@gmail.com,  many people don't like sitting in phone queues and prefer a reply by email. We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours.

7. - How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item you will need to email us at ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens@gmail.com .  You will need to include your invoice number and full name and address.  You will receive a return number to confirm that goods have been approved for return. it is then down to you to return the item to us.  All goods must be returned in original condition and packaging and of course not have been installed.  All returns must be sent to the following address:

8. - Where is my order?
We keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order.

9. - Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?
Our prices are as competitive as we can make them, I am afraid this means we are unable to offer a discount for multiple purchases or high value orders.

10. - What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit you will need to email us at ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens@gmail.com .  You will need to include your invoice number and full name and address.  You will receive a return number to confirm that goods have been approved for return. it is then down to you to return the item to us.  All goods must be returned in original condition and packaging and of course not have been installed.  All returns must be sent to the following address:

11. - Can you send me a brochure?
Because our range of products and prices are constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure. This may change in the future, but at the moment we do not have a brochure.

12. - How do I cancel an order?
You will need to e-mail us on ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens@gmail.com . You will need to include the reference  number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

13. - Where can I find dimensions for a product?
Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer, if dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the 'Technical' tab on the specific product page.
